Presented by local singer and guitarist, Robert Radley      

This concert will take you back to the sixties with popular hits by Liverpool’s Fab Four. Original and brand new arrangements of classic Beatles hits will create a night to remember!

Twist, shout and come on down to the Colchester Garrison Officers’ Club and let Robert Radley take you on a musical journey through the Beatles most influential songs and albums. With supporting performances by Anna Pancaldi and Alex Gordon, performers will create an intimate, authentic, rockin’ and psychedelic atmosphere.

  Robert Radley has performed in many local venues over the past three years and is currently recording a debut album with rock band ‘The Lightbulb Excuse’ He has been studying at the Colchester Institute Center for Music and Performing Arts since 2005, gaining a National Diploma in Music Practice in 2007. He is now currently completing his final year of a BA (Hons) music degree.

“I have always had a huge interest in popular music and it was The Beatles who first inspired me to learn the guitar.” This concert is going to be a true celebration to The Beatles, with fantastic vocals, incredible musicianship and most importantly, a memorable and fun night out for all.

HAITI BENEFITS
Messiah for Haiti

Leslie Olive, conductor, and singers from the Stowmarket Chorale invite you to take part in a benefit concert of Handel’s Messiah at St. Mary’s Church, Hadley, on Saturday 27th February 2010, in aid of the victoms of the earthquake. 

Single rehearsal 2.30 – 5.30 and performance at 7 pm.   All proceeds to the DEC Haiti  Earthquake appeal.   Ticket:  £10  for both audience and singers from 01449 743990.   There will be Messiah scores available on the day. Click here for more details
